Terms and Conditions

Hotel Rules & Management Policies In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following rules & regulations.

  1. Tariff

The Room Charge is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Meals and other services are available at extra cost. Please contact the Duty Manager or Front Office Manager to know your room charge. Guest Registration Cards must be signed on arrivals and each guest will have to provide address proof with photo identity at the time of Check-in. Extra Guest Charges will be payable as per the prevailing rate for persons exceeding the standard number of persons for the particular suite.

  1. Settlement of Bills

Bills must be settled by cash or credit/debit card, on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.

  1. Company’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings

In case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to retain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

  1. Check-in time 02:00 PM

Please present your Voter ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card or Photo I.D. with address proof upon Check-in. At the time of Check-in, resident/guest must be present with personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned, after keeping a Xerox copy by the Front Office

  1. Departure

Check out time is 12 Noon. Guest intending to stay beyond check out time will be charged Half Day Room Charge till 6 PM and full day after 6 PM. Please mention your checkout time in Guest Registration Card. Extension of Departure Date will be subject to the availability of Rooms. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on the date of Departure, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

  1. Luggage Storage

Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause beyond our control. Luggage may not be stored for period of over 30 days.

  1. Guest’s Belongings

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. It is for the convenience of the Guest, Electronic Safety Lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the Room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

  1. Pets

Hazardous Goods Bringing goods and or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited in hotel premises.

  1. Damage to Property or Articles

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property or articles given by the Hotel to use , caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. The guest will pay the compensation for the damage or loss before check out.

  1. Management’s Rights

It is assumed & expected that the guest will conduct in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith , without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him or her.

  1. Relation between Management and Guest

Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.

  1. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guest are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

  1. Photographs and Video’s

Using photographs and video’s taken in hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

  1. Smoking is prohibited in some Public Areas of the Hotel.

  1. Tipping: 

We do not charge any service charge on lodging, food and beverage or any other services provided by the Hotel. The residents are at liberty to pay tips or not to the staff members of the hotel. It all depends on their discretion.

  1. Hotel Keys: 

Hotel Keys must be deposited at the Front Office whenever Guest leaves the hotel premises and at the time of check out. Guest cannot use their personal locks to lock the rooms.

  1. Wet Clothes

Wet clothes for drying should not be kept in Balcony of the room.

In case of any clarification, contact Front Office Manager. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
